Graduate OpportunitiesThe Programme. The unique way we structure our Graduate Programme at Hallmark means that each one of our graduates will follow a different route. So, where will your potential take you? Over two years we provide you with three challenging placements across a diverse range of business areas - one of our recent graduates Andy started in Business Planning, and he'll go on to work in two other areas, anything from HR to Operations. This means you gain lots of valuable skills and knowledge, without having to narrow your options too early. While your placements will be busy and challenging, we'll support your personal and professional development along the way. You'll be mentored by someone from our senior management team and you'll get advice from a Hallmark ‘buddy' - typically someone who has been through the Graduate Programme themselves. You'll also have a thorough induction and structured training programme. So what about you? We don't mind what subject you studied or when you graduated. What we do ask is that you have at least a 2:1 degree (obtained or predicted) and 300 UCAS points or equivalent. The main thing is you're ambitious, smart and excited by the idea of working in a unique and fast-changing environment. Other Opportunities.
