In recent times this subject has been a hot bed of discussion in the media and Becky Heath is a key commentator in this field. Today she will set the context of internships and cover the issues related to it such as pay and standards. We will then discuss in groups special interest topics that cover the different elements of internships.

After last years conference we received feedback that there wasn't an opportunity to discuss burning issues that weren't on the formal agenda. This year we are going to discuss the challenges that we are facing in the current climate and share best practice.
