So you know the name but what else do you know about ASDA? How about that ASDA were voted the UK's best place to work by the Financial Times, one of Europe's best employers by FORTUNE magazine and one of the Times Top 100 graduate employers. They are also one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers with over 300 stores and more than 13 million customers each week.

Food is top of the shelf at ASDA, with over 20,000 food products sold across their stores and new lines being developed all the time. They're also a company with a conscience, pledging to reduce fat, salt and sugar levels in all their own-brand goods and to source many of their products from local suppliers.

But it's not all about food, ASDA have a whopping 12,000 other products in their stores, from electricals to homeware as well as George, their award-winning fashion brand.

ASDA's aim is to be Britain's best value shop and with prices lower than any of its main competitors over the last ten years they're going the right way about it.
