2012 Summer Internship and Autumn Graduate Opportunities Still Available - Leeds (and other UK offices)
This vacancy has now closed.
You don’t need a business degree to join KPMG as full training is given – we recruit from any academic background.
KPMG is one of the world's leading professional services organisations — a global network of member firms operating in 144 countries. Our UK firm offers Audit, Tax, and Advisory services to thousands of clients, from music gurus to Premiership football clubs and your favourite high street shop to your favourite airline...
This work takes us to the heart of the business world — we help clients grow and develop, advising on risk and helping to improve their financial performance. We are committed to offering our clients an exceptional experience, but we know we can only achieve this if we recruit and retain the best people. Our people are the heart and soul of KPMG in the UK and are given many opportunities to flourish both professionally and personally.
Our Sumer Interns can expect plenty of exposure to clients, and challenging projects from day one to help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a professional. On joining as a Graduate, we will support you every step of the way and give you high-quality training both in technical areas and soft skills, such as: effective communication, presentation and negotiation techniques. Guiding you through your first few years, a recently-qualified trainee will act as your mentor, while a Counselling Manager will take direct responsibility for your development. In addition, a Counselling Partner will supervise your long-term progress to ensure you are realising your full potential.

We won't make a decision on your application, based on any one factor, but will take a rounded view based on these four key areas: academic results, work experience, skills and abilities, and career motivation.
