| Role responsibilities | We are looking for high calibre Graduates, those that truly understand the scale and scope of the opportunity and the exciting career paths this programme will open up, so competition is high! Over 2 years, you will experience a programme that is designed to speed your development and broaden your outlook. You will be given a comprehensive induction, followed by 4 placements, liaising closely with senior colleagues and playing your part in supporting site acquisition, construction project management, and estate and asset management. We are looking for people who are commercially focused and able to engage with and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring you truly make your mark. |
| Person specification | Graduates on our high profile schemes need to be more than just good, they need to be exceptional. We’re looking for our leaders of the future, so the stakes are high. You must hold at least a 2:1 which must be in a relevant discipline, e.g. Real Estate, Construction Management, Property Investment and Management. Ideally you should be working towards achieving your RICS or CIOB accreditation and will ideally have some previous work experience. We’re looking for Graduates who share our fresh approach to retailing, who are excited by it, and who are ready to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in, getting pleasure in seeing tasks through to completion. Confidence, ambition, a competitive nature and a can-do attitude are the attributes that will ensure your success. And when we say you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we mean it – here at Morrisons, nothing stands still! You’ll be based at our Head Office in West Yorkshire and be willing to travel across the UK. Our Graduates are assessed frequently whilst being mentored by company Directors and receive training and development via our Academy on a range of essential technical and soft skills, so if you’re an exceptional graduate who still has much to prove, this is where you’ll find your way. |
