A great opportunity has arisen to work for a hugely successful recruitment company based in Leeds as a Resourcer. Quantica Retail (a division of Kellan Group Plc) is a specialist retail recruitment company with extensive pan European reach. They are a progressive and highly ambitious International Retail Search and Selection business.

You will be joining them as a Resourcer to work on varied and exciting projects for high profile clients in the retail industry. To work with international clients you will ideally be expected to speak any European language fluently.

As a Resourcer at Quantica you will:

* Take and write a vacancy order or assignment brief
* Source and attract candidates from a variety of sources
* Telephone screen candidates for a role against the requirements specified in a job order or assignment brief
* Organise candidate and client interviews and take feedback
* Manage all data in a candidate tracker and candidate/client database
* Carry out research into the markets relevant to your role

Skills required:

* High intellect
* Multilingual (European language)
* Excellent communication skills – ability to build rapport
* Ideally have completed a business, marketing, retail or fashion related degree
* Highly driven (competitive in a positive way)
* Presence and social confidence
* A real passion for the retail industry
