As a Creative Flash Developer you must have a creative flare with the ability to design educational lessons, characters, games, enterprises, story lines and various other flash illustrations to help students learn through games based learning!

Ed Lounge is a Limited educational company aiming to help teachers and students to adopt blueprint tools to improve their work and provide school pupils with online teaching resources. You will be joining at a time where your work will make a huge impact on the company’s performance!

As a Creative (Adobe Macromedia) Flash Developer you will:

•Have a good knowledge and understanding about game based learning
•Seek to understand sports, business and enterprise and put a visual spin on it for the client
•Create and Design environments, virtual worlds, pictures, caricatures, animations, 1/2/3D drawings in Flash, active script and PHP
•Help with all aspects of the business – producing customer orders and general office administration

To be an excellent Creative Flash and Game based learning Developer you must:

•Well versed in Web and Gamed based programming CSS, XHTML, PHP, Macromedia Flash, HTML
•Have knowledge of Photoshop, Quark, In-Design and CS Packages.
•Be extremely hard working with a strong desire to make a positive, lasting impact
•Be able to work in a pressured environment and deliver results and deadlines
•Work on your own initiative with a desire for constant learning opportunities


At EDLounge you can adapt your creativity in the way you feel is best with the support of your Director. You will be working for a small company in a team of 3 so your communication and interpersonal skills must be strong to deal with colleagues, teachers and head teachers.

This is a 12 month internship with every chance of becoming permanent and all successful candidates will be CRB Checked.
