| Job details: | An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Human Resources Advisor. You will need to be able to work to high professional standards, possess excellent interpersonal skills and develop and maintain effective relationships with Trade Unions. The successful applicant will be working within a team providing advice and support to Managers within the Directorate for Children, Young People and Families, Headteachers and School Governors. You must have experience of working in the public sector or a large unionized environment and should be a Graduate member of the CIPD and have significant experience of working within Human Resources. Working Arrangements: Monday to Friday Hours of Work: 37 Job Share: This post IS open to Job Share Strictly no agencies. |
