| Job details: | Inclusion and Learning Service is seeking to appoint a Business Support Assistant to work within the clerical and telephony support area of the service. This post will support the Business Support Officers within the department. The successful applicant will have: • Excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach to work • Excellent oral communication • Good written and organisational skills • The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships through telephone contact in particular with a variety of internal and external customers at all levels and to work within a team or on their own initiative • The ability to work under pressure responding to customers needs and meet tight deadlines and the capacity to plan workloads and meet targets • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. Sheffield City Council has recently completed a review of Pay and Terms and Conditions. The outcomes of the review will be implemented on 1 April 2010. This advert shows the grade and salary for this job up to 31 March 2010 and the grade and salary from 1 April 2010.
