| Job details: | We are looking for a talented graduate to join this Innovative management and training consultancy based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Established in 1999, DSW is well known to its existing clientele but need an ambitious Sales & Marketing graduate to help them make more organisations aware of their unique proposition. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and take a creative lead in promoting the DSW brand, services and unique approach to client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: • To create focused marketing campaigns that promote services and capabilities to new prospects and existing clients • Maintaining the company website • To create flyers and associated marketing documents that accurately promote DSW services and capabilities • To create house style templates for each element of the sales process • To monitor sales campaigns and produce management information to measure the success of such campaigns • To ensure accurate data input and maintain sales databases • To participate in proactive telephone sessions to establish levels of interest in the DSW services and capabilities • To undertake market research to benchmark the DSW offering against those offered by our competitors • To assist in the preparation of materials and correspondence to support the DSW sales process, including agendas, marketing literature etc The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the aptitude to continually learn and the genuine desire to use creative flair & entrepreneurial spirit to create new business opportunities.
