Due to an increase in business production we are looking at recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Researcher into the company. Based out of the Leeds office (Ring Road in Horsforth near Wira House just off Otley Road) you will be assisting the three Directors, Associates and Consultants. Interested candidates must have the following attributes: - have an excellent telephone manner - must have a 2.2 or higher degree - enthusatic - motivated - able to handle criticism - ambitious - have a clear idea as to why they want to get into recruitment - stable career history - desire to make outbound sales calls This role is permanent and available now (sorry, no interships, university placements etc) It would be beneficial if the successful candidate came from a telephone sales background in a call centre environment making out bound calls. This position would involve being personally mentored by one of the Directors in all core areas of recruitment. At the end of the training period the individual will join one the company's divisions as a ‘fully fledged’ Recruitment Consultant. This period of time depends upon the success of the candidate. We have promoted Trainee’s after three months although, on average it ranges between 6 to 12 months. Once promoted to a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive a pay rise, be eligible to join the company’s bonus system where you could earn uncapped bonuses, win ‘all inclusive’ luxurious holidays, weekend breaks and much more. Benefits Basic salary between £16K to £22K depending on your experience. Including bonuses you could earn up to £30K. We offer additional benefits such as monthly incentives – weekends away, an incentive voucher scheme, in addition to the monetary bonuses that are paid out. 4 X Death in Service benefit . When you are promoted to a Recruitment Consultant you will become eligible to earn, potentially, significant bonuses. Our bonus system is geared towards rewarding high billers. Once you achieve certain bench marks as a fee producer you could be in a position to retain 40% of your production. Our top Consultant was paid – nearly £10K gross in one month’s pay packet Strictly no agencies. |
