Graduate Scheme

This vacancy has now closed.

Employer: The Phoenix Partnership (TPP)

Recently named as one of the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for and ranking number one for fair pay and benefits, TPP is the ideal place for anyone looking to start or develop an exciting, challenging and rewarding career.

TPP is a fast-growing software development company and market leader in the healthcare sector with a cutting-edge product suite (SystmOne). The software is being implemented at the highest levels, through working with Connecting for Health on the NHS National Programme for IT.

TPP employs more than 140 staff and is currently expanding all its teams as new products are being developed and the customer base is rapidly increasing. We continue to look for opportunities to bring SystmOne to new sectors of the health care market and look for bright, enthusiastic people who can bring a real passion to what we do.
Job details: The TPP Graduate Scheme gives talented and capable individuals the opportunity to experience a range of roles across the company.

Candidates will spend periods of time working in different areas of the company, rapidly developing both their knowledge of the company and their ability to make a valuable contribution to the business.

What will you be doing?
Because all people are different, with different skills, abilities and ambitions, we do not provide a rigid structure for our graduates. Candidates will spend time with various teams but for how long, or what type of work you will be doing is not set in stone. You are as much in control of your development with TPP as we are. So if you are suited to one area of work more than another, we'll encourage you in that direction. If your skill-set is needed by a particular team, we'll give you the chance to work with them and make a real difference.

Below are examples of the types of things that you could experience at TPP:
•Identifying and generating new business opportunities
•Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with people at all levels in The NHS and external organisations
•Organising and leading meetings and events
•Investigating and managing customer issues and complaints
•Providing helpdesk support to our users
•Identifying trends in calls to the Helpdesk in order to continuously improve the system
•Liaising with and visiting third party helpdesks to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to our users
•Being involved with the strategic direction of our suite of products
•Project management and deployment of new products which includes analysis, design, testing and roll-out

Person Specification:
No matter which team you are working with, you will be expected to undertake a range of tasks and so will need to be flexible and adaptable, and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people.

Candidates for the Graduate Scheme must be organised and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills. They must be motivated and have a proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress.
