Important info for international students graduating now!
If you're an International Student and you've just graduated you need to be aware of your options. In 2008 the UK Border Agency introduced the Points Based Scheme which introduced changes to the options available to you.
If you're wanting to remain in the UK to work, you need to apply for a work permit. This can be a general work permit sponsored by an employer or a Tier 1 permit, for post study and highly skilled workers.
If you're unsure of your position and want to know how you qualify and apply for a work permit, we would recommend consulting an expert.
