Blueberry Marketing Solutions

Leeds based Blueberry Marketing Solutions is a dynamic Telemarketing and Lead Generation company. They have used a range of different routes of recruitment in the past but have found Graduates Yorkshire’s service levels, feedback and candidates to be of a consistently good quality.

Set up in 2005 by Leeds University graduate Faresh Maisuria, Blueberry has consistently recruited graduates as they learn quickly and bring a lot of energy to the workplace.

“Graduates Yorkshire are great because they don’t have an ‘edge’, they won’t try and push you towards a certain candidate or approach,” says Faresh. “Using agencies is much more expensive and you have no guarantee that candidates you hire through them will stay in the role long, which can be costly. Also, as a start-up business, time is precious and I really appreciate the fact that the Graduates Yorkshire website is quick and easy to use”.

Faresh believes that small companies can also provide graduates with great opportunities as they are often able to offer fast career progression and the chance to gain responsibility quickly.

Peter graduated from Huddersfield with a degree in history and started working at Blueberry in October 2006.

Peter was recommended to the Graduates Yorkshire website by a friend who also found their first job through the service. After checking out the range of jobs on offer he applied online for his role at Blueberry and was called for an interview at their Leeds offices a few days later. He is now an account manager and looks after a range of big clients ranging from small start up businesses to national and even international businesses. Despite coming from Stockport he is a big fan of living and working in Leeds, saying the atmosphere, opportunities and social life make it a great place to be.

Sean came straight from his course at Leeds Metropolitan University into his job at Blueberry without even so much as a holiday.
